LOK aims to make high-quality work shoes.
To achieve this goal, the technological infrastructure of the factory is constantly modernized. Our work shoes are designed to exceed the expectations of the most demanding customers. Due to the high quality of production, we achieve excellent characteristics of strength, light weight and reliability.
The cutting area is equipped with Atom (Italy) cutting systems.
The uppers are assembled using the world’s leading equipment by Pfaff (Germany), Fortuna (Italy), and others.
German and Italian equipment is also used on the assembly line.
The sole is casted using DESMA (Germany) shoe machinery 622/18.
The new equipment was installed and commissioned by German specialists.
Fully automated production.
Germany-designed lasts allow to reduce foot fatigue throughout the working day.
Such special equipment is used to process only natural extra-thick (2.0-2.2 mm) leather materials.
